Our service fees are:

Mechanical – $59.95

Electronic – $69.95

Machine and Embroidery module – $89.95

plus the cost of parts (if needed). Our work is guaranteed for 30 days from the time of service.

When bringing your machine in for service, please include your all-purpose presser foot #1 or #0, automatic buttonhole presser foot (3A), BSR, bobbin case, bobbin, foot control, and electrical cord. If you are bringing in an embroidery module please bring your embroidery foot and a hoop.

At check-in, please list any problems that you may be having with your machine.
